Three of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The master, with an en suite bathroom, has a shower, garden view, television, and romantic balcony. Another bedroom, also with balcony, has adjacent bath and view of the rose garden. The third bedroom, with an en suite bathroom and shower, has a beautiful antique bed and a relaxing garden view of the fountain below. Finally, the fourth upstairs room has a double bed, a small sun room perfect for reading, and a small half bath nearby.

DOWN A STONE PATH, THE TWO STORY GUEST COTTAGE'S CHARM IS A REFLECTION OF THE MAIN RESIDENCE.
The upstairs is bright with high beamed ceilings and is thoughtfully appointed with a king bed, charming decor, and two sets of French doors leading to a large balcony. There is a full bath upstairs, as well, with a beautiful vintage tiled floor. The first level has a queen bed, kitchenette with a small fridge, sink, coffee maker, microwave and toaster, and a cute table with seating perfect for a morning scone and coffee.
Parking for multiple vehicles is conveniently available near the home's front door, with room for a vehicle or two back by the guest cottage.
